NIKO 3D Electronic Sensor (X, Y, Z)

A New concept for fast and accurate "zero" finding and starting point for all three axes x, y, z.
Made of high quality tool steel hardened to RC60, precision ground on all surface.
Operate in vertical or horizontal position.
Over travel safety zone in all three axes:
x,y - .200 inch or 5 mm
z - .200 inch or 5 mm
Repeatabilitiy ± .0005 inch or ± 0.015 mm

X & Z Finder For CNC Turning Center
Feed tool toward probe on "x" or "z" axes. When a contact is made betten tool and probe red light will illuminate.
ON "X" Axis - Half diamter of probe (.100" indicate exact center location.
ON "Z" Axis - Redlight indicateds 2.000 ± .000" /
50 mm ± 0.006 from reference surface.

X , Y , Z Finder For Machining Center

ON " X and "Y" Axis - Feed carefully toward worpies. When a contact is made between probe and workpiece, red light will illumincate. Half diameter of probe (.100") inidicates exact center of machine spindle.
ON "Z" Axis - Red light indicates 2.0000" ±.0002 /
